Property Asset Manager
Our client is an ASX listed property trust that owns a large national property portfolio with high quality leases to investment grade tenants. The trust has maintained its robust financial position over the past few years due to the portfolio’s quality and strong leasing arrangements. The Property Asset Manager, part of a small, close knit and hardworking team, will report to and support the Managing Director, taking responsibility for a small property sales program, assisting with acquisitions, day to day property asset management and administration, tenant relationship management and liaison with a variety of consultants. Duties include the review of redevelopment proposals, management of all lease documentation and administration, reporting to the Board, financial modeling and risk management as well as maintaining a property ownership system. You are competent and experienced with a broad background that may include commercial property asset management, valuation, finance, legal or leasing. Property Development Manager and Project Manager
Our client is a growing residential development company, developing a major residential project around $1 billion in value. Both positions have been created to assist the Project Director with a number of projects in various stages of development and construction. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER This position will focus on the front end of the development process of several projects, managing the DA approval process, including feasibilities, market analysis, design management – briefing and monitoring consultants, liaison with authorities and the in-house sales and marketing department. Reporting and financial management are an important part of the role. You have experience in developing residential projects, negotiation with authorities, design management and programming on MS Project. Relevant professional qualifications and knowledge of the property acquisition process are an advantage. PROJECT MANAGER This position will assist the Project Director with cost, time and quality management, co-ordination of the project team members, supervision of consultants, hands-on management of builders on design and construction contracts, maintaining progress reports and developing a project quality plan, marketing and the tender process for a $50 million residential project.
