The Board

A review of a position and its place in the organisation is undertaken, and a position description is established. Comparable positions in appropriate companies in that industry sector are identified and used as benchmarks for the remuneration level of the given position. A position similarity index is determined and a suitable match of criteria found to provide a relevant benchmark.

The information we hold is often supplemented with special interviews with appropriate organisations to enhance the depth and accuracy of the special report. The research yields the data for a comprehensive report, often commissioned by the CEO or the Board, giving expert commentary on current market and employment conditions, remuneration and incentive trends, together with detailed remuneration analysis and recommendations.

Several cost effective options are available depending on the size, location, urgency and timing of the remuneration consulting assignment.
