Review of the management agreement between the Superannuation Fund Principal and its Manager of Property Asset Management and Development, in relation to the manager’s employment policies and procedures. This review, carried out for the Board of the Principal, identified omissions and discrepancies, introduced new clauses into the manual, and aligned the manual to common practices prevailing in the property funds management and development industry. The practical and common sense recommendations made have been implemented.

Review of roles and their position descriptions for a national urban designer group, which was undergoing a reorganisation to implement a succession plan and introduce new senior executive management position into the company. This was followed by an extensive remuneration benchmarking exercise for all executive positions.

A review of remuneration and incentives paid to the senior team of a retail owner and manager of a group of shopping centres, whose property holdings in Australia are closely monitored by the head office in Asia.
